李世峰,男,1986年生,武汉大学工业科学研究院机械电子工程专业工学博士,讲师,硕士生导师。曾主持过多项芯片国产化的新品纵向研发课题,在国内外学术期刊(IEEE Transactions,ACS Applied Nano Materials,Sensors and Actuators A-Physical等)及学术会议(IEEE NEMS, IEEE EDTM)上发表科研论文二十余篇,研究方向包括:集成电路、射频微波器件、大语言模型的应用、数据科学与大数据技术等。
